Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Data Controller

The data controller for personal data collected through renderomat.com (the “Website”) is Qoder Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-174), ul. Turzycowa 47/4, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under KRS: 0001171792, VAT EU (NIP): PL5833537100, REGON: 541676098 (the “Controller”).

For inquiries regarding personal data protection, please contact us at [email protected] or by post at the registered office address.

2. What Data We Process and Why

The Website is used to register companies for the Renderomat pilot program. Through the application form we process:

  • your full name, company name, job title, business email address, phone number and company website,
  • information about your catalog provided in the application: industry, approximate number of products and SKUs, number of variants, standard shots, availability of 3D data, publishing channels, expected start and a description of your needs,
  • information about the consents given,
  • the language version of the page from which the application was sent (PL or EN).

We process this data to handle your application and to contact you about the pilot program. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

If you give a separate, optional marketing consent, we will send you information about Renderomat on the basis of that consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The IP address from which the application was sent is stored together with it. We process it to protect the form against abuse and to keep applications accountable, based on the legitimate interests of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Providing Data Is Voluntary

Providing the data marked as required in the form and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but necessary to handle your application. All other data and the marketing consent are entirely optional.

4. Data Retention Period

We keep the data until you withdraw your consent or until the end of the pilot program, whichever comes first. If we start further cooperation after the pilot, we will inform you how your data is processed within it.

5. Recipients of Data

Data may be entrusted to entities that process it on behalf of the Controller, only to the extent necessary to run the Website and handle correspondence: hosting and server providers, the email service provider, and the content delivery network (CDN) and website protection provider. These entities process data under data processing agreements and in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy thereof,
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • request erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on the legitimate interests of the Controller,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – UODO).

To exercise these rights, including withdrawing your consent, simply write to [email protected].

7. Cookies and External Resources

The Website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not profile visitors. Only cookies necessary for the secure operation of the Website may be used. To display typefaces, the Website loads fonts from Google Fonts – when they are loaded, your browser shares your device’s IP address with Google. You can change cookie settings at any time in your web browser.

This policy may be updated, for example due to changes in how the Website works or in the law. The current version is available on this page.
